Industrial tycoon Kailash Nath Malhotra is proud of his only son Anand (Akahsy Kumar), After returning from abroad, during a marriage Anand sees a glimpse of an extremely beautiful girl. But if a girl knows that she is beautiful and at the same time if she is mischievous too, she will never reciprocate the feelings and rightly Sapna (Karishma Kapoor) did.

Entangled with the thin thread of love, Anand alongwith his friend Mahesh (Laxmikant Berde) followed Sapna to Chandanpur. Jigsaw of young love and pace of time forced Sapna to give a thought to Anand's overtures.
